JOB SUMMARY:
The Software Development/Test Internship is structured for dedicated and hard-working students seeking real-world experience to supplement undergraduate studies. Interns will primarily be assisting with new development as well as maintenance of existing applications. Interns will have the opportunity to work with a variety of current technologies and products. This is a part-time opening and may be eligible for academic credit. Primary Responsibilities Create code that meets design specifications, follows standards, and is easy to maintain. When required, makes suggestions for new designs. Responsible for unit tests for all code components produced. Ensure that all enhancements, bug fixes, and new products are documented. Work with various teams in the organization to ensure appropriate project requirements are met. Participate in a Development team that is responsible for developing quality software. Education and Experience Enrolled as a student in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Physics Course work in Object-oriented Programming and Java and C/C++ Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Flash, and/or AJAX preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, sex or age.
