EEO/AA Employer. Native Preference Applies Pursuant PL93-638. SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF JOB: The Project Manager is responsible for contract execution. The incumbent is responsible for the overall management and coordination on matters pertaining to the contract. The incumbent directs project planning, estimating, negotiations, execution, closeout, and related administrative support. The Project Manager serves as central Point of Contact (POC) with the government, ensuring responsiveness to Government requirements, timely completion of project milestones, and (in coordination with Government representatives) develops future workload plans. The incumbent reports directly to the subsidiary operations manager and/or president. Position is contingent upon award. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS: - Establishes plans to accomplish project goals within required restraints such as time, cost, and quality standards. - Manages the project budget, developing budget and project revenue projections. - Commits personnel, supplies, subcontracts, and financial resources to accomplish contractual obligations. - Anticipates or identifies deviations from a plan or schedule and keeps all participants and stakeholders informed on the status. - Identifies, logs, analyzes, and manages potential and actual issues and risks, taking corrective action by addressing these issues immediately and directly and reviewing the potential impact serious issues on scope, schedule, quality, and cost. - Binds the company to all contractual actions such as task order issuance, contract modification, management decisions, and subcontracting issues. - Understands predictive maintenance technologies and how to integrate Predictive Maintenance PdM into Operations and Maintenance processes. - Understands planned outage processes. - Integrates multiple utility systems to achieve maximum operating efficiencies, capabilities, and reliabilities. - Ensures a Tier 3 operates in concurrently operating and maintainable mode. - Generates various documents as needed, including requirements specifications, contracts, schedules, personnel records, project reports, communication records, design specifications, meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports. - Provides staff with direction, including motivating people to perform, listening, providing feedback, recognizing strengths, and providing challenges. - Responds to emergency site maintenance as required. - Operates company- or government-owned motor vehicles on occasion. - Keeps management and government apprised of unique situations and p
