JOB SUMMARY:
Responsibilities: Responsible for Customer Retention Demonstrates technical selling and retention skills and product knowledge in all areas requested by the company Complete understanding of product, policies, procedures and compensation plan. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers. Maximizes all opportunities in the process saving Auto ships Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues. Assists in the implementation of company retention plans as needed. Creates and conducts effective proposal and presentations that identify customers problems, the effects of the problems, and how to keep those customers actively engaged Responsible for identifying and building effective ways of maximizing company profits Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed information for better processes Maintains accurate records of all Retention/Saves and prospecting activities including Outbound calls, and follow-up activities within their assigned niche of expertise , including the use of Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records to maximize earnings potential Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs and training offered to company employees. Relationships and Roles: Maintain contact with all clients in his area of expertise to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. Job Specifications: 2-5 years of experience in the sales industry. Experience with new software Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Retention Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Proven ability to achieve sales quotas. $12 base plus commission
