JOB SUMMARY:
Permanent Position for Sales and Related Worker for Legacy Legal Services, Inc. 35 hours/wk, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, $39,125/year. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle; must have a clean motor vehicle record; must have strong interpersonal verbal, written communication, and listening skills; must be able to work independently in an unstructured environment without direct daily supervision; must have the ability to be tenacious and resilient in all phases of the selling cycle; must have the ability to understand market planning customers and the competition; must have the capacity and drive to understand all Legacy's products and services; must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/processes concurrently. Must have strong computer and typing skills. (Windows Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently accurately and safely with or without reasonable accommodation and without creating threat or harm; must comply with all company policies and procedures. Job duties include: Learn and practice Strategic and Conceptual selling methodology terminology and practices. Learn and adopt DSR (Distributor Sales Representative). Vital Behaviors relating to account acquisition, expansion and retention. Deliver results by attaining sales and gross profit budgets and other KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Complete initiatives assignments and projects as assigned by General Sales Manager and other team leaders. Personally contact customers on a weekly basis and accurately enter review and transmit customer orders. Understand, explain and implement Legacy Legal's credit policies and terms with customers. Collect handle and deposit customer payments according to policy and within established time lines. Regularly contact and visit prospective customers. Understand Buying Influences and Solution Image. Regularly add new customers and significantly expand existing accounts. Prepare and conduct Quality Business Reviews (QBR) with customers as a customer retention strategy. Become familiar with and understand DSR compensation programs and commission chargeback policies. Collaborate and communicate with other departments to promote unity cooperation and efficiency. Learn and become proficient with Legacy Legal's CRM. Enter and maintain contacts leads opportunities etc. Attend and participate in all Legacy Legal's required sales and training meetings. Complete Legacy's DSR training program and certifications. DSR Time Allocation Expectation (Estimated Averages 35 hour work week) 60% - Personally contact/visit customers and prospects. 20% - Follow up with commitments made to customers and prospects. 10% - Administrative work, orders, guides, price lists, etc. 10% - DSM one-on-ones Regional and Corporate sales meetings.
