Our agency was founded in 2004 to assist and support individuals with disabilities in the community. We are a premier job placing agency and are interviewing and hiring for a Employment Specialist/Job Developer who can assist job seekers with disabilities to prepare for employment and maintain employment by performing the following duties: Employability assessments, job development and job placement services, on-the-job training, follow-up and job monitoring and life skills training. Tracking and documentation of services and activities are required for this position. Requirements: Our Employment Specialist/Job Developer will be working with business professionals on a regular basis, therefore we are seeking a team member with a professional attitude and appearance. Business contacts and networking is a crucial aspect of this position and we are looking for honest, professional, self-motivated Employment Specialist/Job Developer's who can represent our company well. This position is expected to be available from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. As needed, job development services may take place during off hours. In this situation, the Employment Specialist will be expected to provide job training after hours when necessary. Qualified candidates can email cover letter and resume.
