JOB SUMMARY:
Duties and Responsibilities: ? Manage vendors, open purchase orders and due dates ? Work closely with the customer (all departments) to set expectations and obtain all the information that you need to execute ? Track inventory daily and manage backorders ? Arrange local deliveries ? Work daily with the warehouse on procedures/shipments/etc. ? Arrange International Shipping including the BOL/Commercial Invoice/etc. ? Print labels for International Orders (Canada, England, Australia) ? Arrange shipping/quotes for International Orders ? Edit orders as frequently requested by the customers' sales team ? Manage claims for lost/damaged products ? Produce accurate invoices ? Manage document control for producing current and accurate products Skills and Knowledge: ? Must be familiar with a computer and able to learn new systems quickly. We use several platforms as well as Microsoft Office programs. ? Must be able to multitask. ? Team work is essential to problem solving with customers, vendors and internal departments. ? Ability to act quickly and with accuracy under pressure. ? Must be able to prioritize your own workload and have a high level or organizational skills. ? Excellent communication skills are required for handling face-to-face, phone call and email communication with several internal departments and multiple customers and vendors daily. Education and Specifications: ? High school graduate ? 2-3 years of experience working in customer service or account management
