JOB SUMMARY:
A Plus Risk and Insurance (North Utah County - Lindon) We are a growing, successful, Utah County independent insurance agency planning to expand operations. Searching for a CSR to quote policies, answer phones, endorse policies, complete and submit applications, receive billing questions, resolve problems, provide general customer service, etc. The ideal candidate will have: A professional courteous manner on the phone and in person with exceptional care for clients, agency staff, and carriers. The ability to solve problems by using multiple resources as solutions. A keen attention to detail is critical. Insurance agency experience is a plus.
