Dynamond Building Maintenance, a fast growing Building Service Contractor (performing janitorial services), is looking for qualified individual for upper-management position. Hours are flexible but some evening work, some weekend work might be required. We are looking for someone who will lead by example, who is not afraid to get his/her hands dirty, and has fantastic employee and customer-relations skills. Minimum of 2 years management experience. Industry experience not required but helpful. Must have basic computer skills. Bilingual (Spanish) would be helpful. The job description includes overseeing Field Managers servicing building contracts in the Utah County and Southern UT. Developing high-level relationships with building owners and mangers is crucial. Developing Staff to exactness in following the work scope and exceeding our customers' expectations is a daily focus. This position will be heavily involved in safety and job-specific training and insuring that our employees become specialists in their jobs, all while maintaining a high level of morale. The Field Manager is responsible for managing our quality assurance processes. Duties Include: -Overseeing company employees in the Utah County area and Southern UT -Managing Inventory Levels and Supplies for Each Building -Meeting with Facility Managers -Perform Quality Inspections -Training/Motivating Employees -Responding to On-Call Emergencies as needed. Requirements and Skills: -Previous management/supervising experience with large group of people a must -2+ years of Customer Service -2+ years of managerial experience -Attention to detail is a must -Motivate Employees, -Strong organizations and communication skills -Work well under pressure and deadlines -2+ years of Project management -Be able to multitask -Performing janitor duties while directing staff and interacting with facility's management -Must be able to speak, read English/Spanish We participate in E-verify and Background Checks
