Responsible for gathering data proving out the value of new online functionality while leveraging the information to drive online improvements. Must have the ability to understand customer challenges online by leveraging customer feedback and online statistics with the objective of turning those understandings into specific tasks driving increased take rates and throughput. Duties and Responsibilities:Ability to identify online opportunities by analyzing results making recommendations for online enhancements.Strong understanding of web analytics with skills to dig deep into the numbers and translate the learning?s into actionable tasks or stories.Ability to understand data to prove cost savings, increased throughput or improvement in the customer experience.Must be able to generate reports/dashboard/presentations that explain website behavior and customer experiences.Responsible for leveraging online functionality to test different creative or customer experiences.Have an understanding of how ?manage my account? sites work including message centers, shopping carts and credentials and the ability to implement such features and functionalities online.Ability to set up and read survey results with the end product being sharing and presenting findings. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree5+ years experienceOmniture / Google Analytics experience required Requirements and General Skills:Must have proven web skills and excellent program management skills, clear verbal and written communication abilities, strong attention to detail, be a self starter and independent worker.Ability to interact and work across the business including strong knowledge of IT back end systemsMust have a strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on task completion.Enthusiastic problem solver that thrives on being engaged at all levels of the projects top down.Ability to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with minimal directionMust have legal right to work in the U.S.Technical Skills:Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Experience working with Google analytics, Omniture SiteCatalyst and Test Target; other digital analytics solutions a mustDemonstrated time management and project management skillsStrong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation abilities.
