JOB SUMMARY:

Collections Training Manager Exempt full time position in Logan, UT, night 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. including Saturday's 8:00 a.m. to noon. Must have 2 years of training and collection experience. Responsible for development of training materials for Call Center. Trains and manages a two week new hire class of individuals. Responsible for transitioning team member to Call Center floor environment. Other management duties as required. Collections Supervisor Full time position in Logan, UT. Mid- afternoon shift to include some Saturdays. Must have 2 years of collection management experience. Responsible for the development and performance of a team of up to 16 team members. Dialer and manual production knowledge is required. Requires strong leadership skills, goal setting skills and a drive to succeed. Other management duties as required.
