JOB SUMMARY:
Handles incoming calls as described in the customer service manual and as taught in training. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Answer inbound calls, in a timely manner. Support Customer Care Customers with any concerns and questions. Provide instruction of technical troubleshooting of exercising equipment. Input Parts and Service orders when required. Handle stressful situations and meet the physical demands of the job. Must be able to be flexible and to adapt to different situations. A high school diploma or equivalent, experience in Customer Care, computers, and adequate typing skills (40wpm). Applicant must have computer knowledge of networking, basic wireless router configuration, and internet savvy. Ability to read and interpret exercise manual, able to listen attentively, perform troubleshooting techniques over the phone with the customer. It is imperative that a call center employee maintain proper phone etiquette. Position requires an outgoing and upbeat personality. Enjoy speaking with and helping customer with stressful situations. English is required primary language, but second language may be useful. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.Enjoy solving problems, capable of dealing with a variety of variables for each line of exercising equipment. Providing a positive experience, and adhering to all Customer Care standards and procedures.Call center is open between 6am-6pm please provide hours that you are NOT available during these times.
