JOB SUMMARY:
Direct Care Staff is needed for a Weston Idaho residential facility for boys ages troubled 10 - 17. Looking to hire part-time and weekend staff. Qualifications: 1. Be at least nineteen (19) years of age (legal requirement) 2. A high school diploma or equivalent. 3. Ability to pass a background criminal history check 4. A clear tuberculosis test (TB) 5. Provide safety and security for community, resident, and staff working directly with residents to help meet basic needs and goals. 6. Maintain confidentiality of residents. 7. Responsible for logging, charting, and reporting on a per shift basis. 8. Attend training, work as part of a team, and be a positive role model. 9. Willing to work flexible schedules as needed.
