JOB SUMMARY:
$8-12 per hour DOE 30 hours per week -flexible schedule Required: Basic computer software and hardware support and maintenance Excellent communication skills Desired: A+ certified or equivalent experience Job description: Investigates, analyzes, and resolves complex hardware problems on company computer systems; performs advanced hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance, and support on a wide range of PC based computers and peripherals. Analyzes and resolves problems on complex computer applications and systems for all departments; provides a wide range of in-depth technical assistance to departmental user support. Provides integrated hardware and network support; troubleshoot and resolves complex and involved system hardware, software, and networking communications failures and conflicts; maintains high customer service standards in dealing with and responding to customer issues and questions. Install, configure and maintain personal computers, networks, file servers, and other related equipment, devices and systems. Provides individual and/or group instruction and training on computer technologies to all departments.
