Works to improves patient satisfaction and protects company assets by managing patient relationships and identifying, resolving and preventing compensable events. Oversees patient relationship interactions within the assigned facility or facilities. Job duties would include, but not limited to the following: Risk assessment preparation for claims, timeline preparation for claims, medical record review for claims, staff interviews for claims, preparation of interrogatories and production of documents for claims, claims investigation, complaint and grievance investigation and documentation and other duties as assigned.    Entry Rate: $25.88  Benefits Eligible: No  Shift Details: Monday thruFriday (Day Shift)  Department: Risk Management   Additional Details: Part-timeposition is at Logan Regional Hospital. This position is benefits eligible.    Minimum Requirements    Current RN licensure in the state of Utah.    Bachelorapos;s degree.    Two years of clinical nursing experience or as a Customer/Patient Relations Rep in Risk Management.    Strong written and verbal communication skills    Experience and demonstrated competence in solving problems and liaising between multiple stakeholders.    Proficient in use of word processing software.    Physical Requirements    Hearing/Listening, Manual Dexterity, Seeing, Speaking, Sitting.    Preferred Qualifications    Bachelorapos;s degree in Nursing.    Experience in formal business letter composition and report writing.    Experience with word processing or electronic medical records.    Supervisory experience.    Experience with quality improvement and data analysis.    Please Note  All positions subject to close without notice  Intermountain Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V
