JOB SUMMARY:
Sales Support Representative / Administrative Support is needed for a Logan employer. This position will provide support for the Sales Representatives as well as other members of the Sales Organization and Engineering Department. Also, this position is responsible for providing customer service while increasing customer satisfaction. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Technical: * Be a lead contact for customers that need to interact with the sales organization. * Assist sales organization with processing orders and quotations as well as resolving product and service problems. * Assist with weekly and monthly sales reporting, analysis and presentations. * Daily responsibilities for order review and accurate quote completion. * Research and maintain competitive sales data. * Track and distribute all incoming sales contracts. * Provide assistance in resolving customer invoice issues. * Assist in appointment preparation when requested by rep. * Assist in generating new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner. * Accurately process customer transactions such as proposals, quotes and orders. * Assist customers with support issues by documenting their issues and handing off to support, with the issue well understood and documented. * Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints * Develop technical expertise and knowledge of company products * Other assigned duties Communication: * Communication and organizational skills. * Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and phone skills. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Minimum of High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelors Degree preferred * Detail Oriented * Time management skills. * Works independently as well as in a team environment. * Previous experience working in a customer service and or sales support role. * Ability to handle multiple projects at once. * Proficient in MS Office. * Problem solving and analytical ability. * Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact. * Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities. This is a full time position, salary will be discussed with the employer.
