JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales, as a key member of the Business Develop Team, takes lead from the Sales executive, plays a strategic role in the marketing and lead generation activities. The role of the Inside Sales is to generate leads or qualified appointments which will help JAN-PRO to execute its business plan growth. Through the use of our Lodestar system you will have the responsibility for lead generation which includes, utilizing the database and additional resources to create appointments for our Sales Executives. These include outbound calling, direct mail, faxing, and email campaigns. The duties of the Inside Sales include assisting and coordinating marketing functions, developing and coordinating appointments, identifying and developing new lead sources, identify marketing opportunities, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of lead generation processes and results. The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to work closely with the sales departments (other inside sales people, outside sales staff, executive management, etc.) to foster a team environment and achieve strong sales growth. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization be creative in this approach.
