We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to learn new things and wants to be a contributor in a team environment. This person should feel comfortable with being accountable for results and implementing action plans to accomplish pre-established goals. The ideal candidate would have experience working in the restoration industry, specifically with water, mold and fire damage restoration, not nessary, can be trained. Canidate will need to have the ability to organize, manage, and complete the mitigation of disaster damaged properties. training and certification will be provided by employer. Qualifications: >enjoys working with people and thrives on customer service excellence: > possess a proven ability to plan, organize and priortize work loads > ability to get along with individuals of varying backgrounds> able to work within given time constraints with a focus on quality service> be a self starter and have the ability to work hard with little additional surpervision or direction > willing and able to perforn 8 hours of strenuous labor each day > be on call after hours and some weekends > able to consistently lift 75 lbs,> good driving record > conpensation will be based on work and education experience and demonstrated ability. Incentive conpensation will also be available to reward highly motivated individuals. Starting Pay Range $10 -$14 per hour depending on qualifications. Incentives after probationary period.
