JOB SUMMARY:
Must have at least 3 years accounting experience with QuickBooks Software. Prefer someone with at least an Associates Degree in Accounting. Job duties to include, but not limited to: operate computers with QuickBooks software to record, store, and issue bills and invoices. Must be detail oriented. Operate 10-key calculators and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, faxing. We are a fast paced company and we are looking for an individual who is also fast paced. No phone calls will be accepted regarding this position. Wage depends on experience.
