JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for people who are motivated and detail-oriented and are able to multitask effectively in a working environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be required to provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance to our customers along with consistently achieving sales goals. Specific duties: ? Create results by meeting monthly sales and business development goals ? Complete all parts of a sale with a customer ? Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner ? Networking through social media, referrals, personal contacts, and professional contacts to generate sales leads ? Building and maintaining relationships with your customers ? Greeting walk-in customers ? Conducting walk-arounds with customers and a pre-delivery inspection ? Following up with customers email inquiries and lead referrals ? Prospecting for new customers and develop new business relationships REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to build rapport with customers - Integrity and professionalism and able to work well as part of a team - Possess excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills along with the ability manage paperwork - Have a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to develop yourself as professional. Specific requirements: ? 2 years automobile sales experience or 5 years of retail sales experience ? Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task efficiently ? High school degree or GED equivalent required; college a plus ? Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule of over 40 hours per week, including some weekends ? Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation ? Bi-lingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply ? Professional appearance and demeanor
