JOB SUMMARY:
HIS Client Support Services Representative (1207959) for a Murray employer. Job Summary * Assess and manage the mechanisms for providing technical customer support * Make recommendations for changes in processes, procedures and systems, and implement changes as approved or as required * Analyze recurring and ad hoc reports, as necessary, to assess the quantity and quality of client support * Conduct regular technical reviews of customer support provided, analyze data gathered through customer feedback, and continually work toward customer satisfaction * Create long-term strategies for the maintenance and growth of Client Support department * Make budgetary and personnel recommendations * Oversee training and development of all technical support staff in the areas of technical and customer service training * Serve as final escalation point in the resolution of non-routine or complex software problems, and ensure consistent management of all escalated client issues * Manage Client Operations Meetings for assigned clients REQUIRED SKILLS: Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * Minimum 5+ years technical customer service experience * Minimum 1+ combined year(s) supervisory and/or management experience Preferred Qualifications * 3+ years supervisory experience * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Proven ability to maintain superior customer and employee relations in a fast-paced environment * Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills * Proven ability to maintain a high degree of positive motivation with a strong commitment to meet corporate goals Benefits Information: The position is subject to the benefit package under HIS benefits program.
