JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be primarily responsible for data visualization and automation of the teamapos;s analysis for delivery to enterprise audiences through dashboards, scorecards, reports, and custom web visualizations. This position works with the teamapos;s analysts as well as HR business partners to produce findings for executives, managers, and HR staff. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a complex data set, be involved in advanced business intelligence delivery systems, and consult with functional users and executives during solution implementation in a forward-thinking, analytically-driven HR culture. This position will use Intermountainapos;s extensive HR data warehouse, reporting tools, and advanced data visualization tools to enable data-driven decision making. This position will use procedural languages and web visualizations, when needed, to automate and deliver customized visualization tools to business users. This position will lend technical expertise and assistance to support the Intermountain Healthcare HR Analytics amp; Technology Teamapos;s mission. Minimum Requirements Masterapos;s Degree; Intermountain verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment Previous experience with analysis Skilled at bringing order to ideas and processes as well as communicating complicated business concepts to technical and non-technical personnel Skilled in applying analytical methods to business problems Preferred Qualifications Human Resources information systems and research experience Experience with SQL Experience with Tableau or similar advanced data visualization tools Experience with Cognos, BIRT, or other report writing software Experience using procedural languages and web front ends for automating and delivering analysis Please Note All positions subject to close without notice Intermountain Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V
