JOB SUMMARY:

Develops and retains a quality client base of Lenders, Builders, Attorneys, Agents and others through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers. - Builds client relationships, secures new business fron new customers, maintains and expands business with existing client base. - Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to customers needs and problems. - Complies lists of prospective customer for use as sale leads - Assesses individual client needs and develops, presents and implements a plan to meet those needs in conection with operation intiatives - Highly visible in his/her marketing area by attending industry functions. - Effectively creates and delivers groups and indivdual presentations to customer groups, target customers and others - 4+ years of sales experience - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to adapt to new sales strategies - Understanding of the banking, real estate, and mortgage industry and competition with the ability to identify opportunities - Professional appearance and providing a positive company image - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint - Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and provide solutions - Clean Driving License Record - 50% Travel
