JOB SUMMARY:

Quality Analyst is needed for a Murray employer. Will monitor performance of staff processing and electronic processing through random and select audits, anticipating and recognizing problems associated with processing of complex issues. The Quality Analyst tracks, monitors and reports error trends, and recommends and suggests areas for specific remedial training and process improvements. Qualifications: * High school graduate or GED. * AA degree preferred. * Four years medical claims processing, eligibility, physician practice and/or customer service experience, preferably in a managed healthcare setting. * Knowledge of health care industry and benefit plan interpretation. * ICD-9/CPT coding required. * Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing and claims processing. * Working knowledge of personal computers and basic office equipment. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Full time position, Monday through Friday.
