JOB SUMMARY:
Recruiter is needed for a Murray employer. Will plan, develop and implement recruiting strategies, recruit and fill all open positions to the point of hire. The Recruiter ensures lawful selection of qualified candidates for positions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: * Requires 5+ years' recruitment experience. Incumbent should have experience developing postings and advertisements, coordinating job fairs and recruitment events, expertise with developing position questionnaires, and the ability to track, create and analyze recruitment data. Incumbent should have experience interacting and communicating with all levels of management. * Experience with high-volume recruitment. * Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. * Project management experience is preferred. Skills / Knowledge: * Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment, Fair Employment Practices, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Federal EEO and DFEH laws and Wage and Hour Laws. Full time position, Monday through Friday.
