Scheduling Analyst is needed for a Murray employer. The Scheduling Analyst analyzes call center volume, productivity and patterns to optimize staffing levels. This position schedules staff to ensure department production goals are met and to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. Qualifications A. Education: 1. AA Degree, OR 2. Equivalent coursework and experience. B. Experience/Knowledge/Skills: 1. Demonstrated custom reporting and strong data analytical skills required. 2. Intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills required. 3. Experience within a call center environment preferred. 4. Demonstrated experience staffing a call center preferred. 5. Ability to manage numerous complex activities and processes at the same time. 6. Excellent people skills. 7. Effective written and oral communication, assessment, presentation and analytical skills. 8. Ability to work as a team member and independently as required. 9. Experience in customer service.
