JOB SUMMARY:

- Oversee and manage individual builder accounts, including field measuring each job, design and drawing up of cabinet layout plans. - Provide bids upon request for builder customers, including blue print plan take offs. - Must have a working knowledge of all aspects related to residential cabinet design, computer layout, cabinet construction and specifications. - full working knowledge of 20/20 Computer Cabinet Design Program. - Knowledge of typical residential cabinet installation. - Responsible for ordering of cabinets and accuracy of orders. - Maintain customer schedules for requested delivery and install dates. - Oversee all aspects of customer account relationship, providing close communication and accessibility. - Oversee reliable and responsible representation of product displays and samples. - Maintain execution of reliable service and warranty coverage of product installation. - Must provide your own vehicle, maintain a valid drivers license and required insurance coverage as specified by our company. - Communicate - relay information or issues between install, customer service and sales manager as needed on a regular basis. - Maintain ongoing communication with customers to relay information, provide product training knowledge. (Regular visits or phone calls.)
