We are currently seeking someone with Production Lead Experience that speaks both English and Spanish. We need determined individuals that have experience in a production environment. Someone that is good with communication. Being able to explain the "why?" behind assignments. Be good at mufti-tasking and have good time management skills. Major responsibility would be conducting daily workplace audits. Line up work for the crew daily. Address issues that employees have with attendance, quality, productivity, safety, participation, and procedures. Manage production procedures.
