Salt Lake, UT DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Amcor Masonry Products Job Requisition ID: 18173 Job Type: Sales Work Time: Regular City: Salt Lake City State: Postal/Zip Code: 84054 Northern UT Amcor is seeking a Territory Sales Representative responsible for the overall sales function of the manufactured segmental retaining wall and Belgard hardscapes product lines. This will include maintaining existing business, generating leads, creating new business, increasing customer orders, and developing customer relationships. As a representative of our hardscape and stone products, you will increase company revenue by growing sales of products within Northern Utah. Job Description Summary * Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue * Responsible for identifying and prospecting for new customers to include contractors, dealers, retailers and homeowners. * Presenting the product lines to engineering and architectural firms * Work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies * Analyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in market * Prepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings * Compile dealer's sales data, interpret buying cycles, share results with production to efficiently plan weekly and monthly production plans * Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained * Become associated with local CSI organizations * Ensure that all major architectural firm's libraries are current with Oldcastle literature, binders and product samples * Manage the data collection from Reed Connect, via electronic, on a daily basis * Continually grow a database of architects and engineers * Schedule presentations of AIA CEU's Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education * Five years related experience managing a multi-million dollar territory * Ability to navigate through a Customer Relationship Management platform * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * High sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualities Preferences * Experience within the building materials industry * Salesforce.com a plus What Oldcastle offers you * Highly competitive base pay, commission potential, generous car allowance and an expense account * Comprehensive medical, dental, and disability benefits programs * Group retirement savings program * A culture that values opportunity for growth, development and internal promotion About Oldcastle Architectural Oldcastle Architectural is a leading supplier of innovative and sustainable masonry and hardscape products for North America's building and landscaping markets.
