Position: Part time position. 20 hours/week. Duties: Include leasing apartments, i.e. interviewing, eligibility verifications, rent calculation, lease review and evaluation, rent negotiation and physical unit inspections. Assist in keeping building/grounds clean. Position requires 8 months experience in property management. Must be computer literate; detail oriented; and the ability to work with all socio-economic backgrounds especially the elderly, disabled and low income families. Bi-lingual a plus.
