JOB SUMMARY:
** Brief Description: * Responsible for providing support to the program instructor as they provide technical instruction and support to the students in the culinary arts program. * Additional responsibilities include maintaining the operations and oversight of the program when the instructor is not present; daily meal production; verifying student competencies, and assisting with student retention to meet membership hour goals. ** Requirements: * Minimum of three (3) years combination of related work experience and post-secondary education in culinary arts or the restaurant industry. * ACF Certification preferred. * Serv Safe or equivalent Food Safety Management Certification required. * Preference will be given to those individuals that have teaching experience. * Must be familiar with word processing, email, operation of a Windows-based personal computer, and POS System.
