AmeriGas Propane, a national propane distribution company, has an opening for a seasonal Customer Relations Rep. The person hired for this position will provide superior customer service to telephone and walk-in clients. During phone calls you will; supply pricing information, schedule service appointments, dispatch deliveries and handle complaints. You will be responsible for achieving back office and customer service objectives as set by the District Manager. Responsibilities also include initial contact for all pricing related issues, accurate input and maintenance of customer data, response to customer complaints, generating sales and revenues by participating in marketing programs, performing pricing exceptions and bids in accordance with authority delegated by District Manager, making credit and collection calls to customers, performing cash control and record retention activities, processing fuel and appliance inventory, ensuring daily, weekly and monthly work processes and reporting are done accurately and timely, general clerical and record keeping, scheduling service work and dispatching delivery tickets, participating in coaching for performance improvement. High school diploma or equivalent, previous office experience and strong customer service skills required. Strong computer, telephone and communication skills, bookkeeping experience preferred, sales experience preferred. Windows based knowledge on the computer is required.
