Western Diabetic is a growing medical equipment company focusing on diabetic patients. We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to serve our important customers. Responsibilities: Call and assist customers with orders Serve Customers by actively listening and building rapport Confidently communicate with customers and insurance companies Maintain customer files in accordance with HIPAA regulations Key all data completely and verify for accuracy Respond promptly to all customer concerns Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Honest and trustworthy Rigorous adherence to a high standard of work ethic Reliable and consistent in timeliness, attendance, and quality of work Present yourself professionally on the phone, in writing, and in person Articulate thoughts well and communicate them clearly, both verbally and in writing Have a naturally positive attitude and demeanor, and have a natural tendency to smile Intelligent and bright Assertive and driven (self-motivated), and requires no supervision to stay on task and complete work (self-disciplined) Naturally look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and communicate ideas that will help us serve our customers better Adaptable Time Management Manage telephone calls professionally and efficiently Skill to analyze, understand and delight customers Required Hours: Mon ?
