JOB SUMMARY:
Position: Customer Support Technician Clearance: This role requires the ability to acquire and maintain a Favorable National Agency Check due to Client's requirements Location: Hill AFB, Ogden, Utah Education: Bachelor Degree preferred Experience: 1 - 4 years Key Role/Position Description: ? Serve as the primary DLA face to the industrial customer on a wide range of issues involving both DLA and Non-DLA managed items and to ensure the timely processing of customer orders and customer access to product, account and order information. ? Provide tailored customer support, maintain customer data and respond to customer inquiries. Review unfilled order status reports on a daily basis, and take appropriate action to escalate those that do not meet customer requirements. Responsible for receiving and processing order cancellations, providing status updates and modifications, following up on customer receipts, and maintaining customer data as required. Investigates, coordinates, and manually releases requisitions requiring corrective actions to allow for them to properly flow through the automated systems in accordance with the expedite policy. With proper coordination, research and track Stock Transport Orders (STOs)/replenishment actions to facilitate resolution of unfilled orders or takes action to expedite delinquent contracts having an impact on unfilled orders using established policies/guidance. ?Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of DOD supply management procedures Knowledge of DOD requisitioning procedures (MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP 1-4 years prior related work experience
