The professional we select will drive a 24 to 57-foot truck in order to deliver and pick up dialysis products for home patients and clinics. Closely following safety guidelines and procedures, this individual will do vehicle inspections and light maintenance, load and unload the truck, perform inventory checks, rotate stock, and note or resolve customer complaints. PURPOSE AND SCOPE:Supports FMCNAs mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements. Responsible for the safe delivery and pick-up of dialysis products to home kidney patients and dialysis centers. Responsibilities include driving a 24 to 57 foot truck, rotating stock, and inventory checks. Requires operation of truck within Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and guidelines. DUTIES / ACTIVITIES: CUSTOMER SERVICE: * Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards. * Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers. * Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication. * Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve, and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Delivers and picks up dialysis products from home patients and clinics according to established safety procedures and guidelines * Ensures good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and behaving with integrity in a courteous and professional manner * May take note of and possibly resolve custome
