JOB SUMMARY:
Position: Equipment Specialist Lead Clearance: This role requires the ability to acquire and maintain a Favorable National Agency Check due to Client?s requirements Location: Hill AFB, Ogden, Utah Education: Bachelor?s degree Experience: At least 6 years Key Role/Position Description: ? As ES team lead, have all qualifications of team members as well as ability to direct and manage team. ? Provide Technical/Quality advice, determine and coordinate necessary product testing, inspection, maintain item-specific data requirements, and address product related complaints for Non-DLA Managed Consumables and LSNs. ? Coordinate as required for DLA Managed items. ? May utilize trade expertise and knowledge of related trades and production support functions and processes to provide workload support by reviewing material requirements, establishing priorities, and researching configuration requirements. ? Create (Non-DLA Managed Consumables and LSNs) and maintain (both DLA, Non-DLA, LSN, and Site Specific) Material Master Records (MMR) in EBS ? Handle issues relating to Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) and Product Quality Discrepancy Reports (PQDRs) ? Collaborate with customers on Bill of Materials (BOM), Gross Demand Plan (GDP), and Change Notice input; and assist in Local Stock Number (LSN) to National Stock Number (NSN) conversions. ? With proper coordination, execute tasks associated with technical data for procurement packages required to ensure that incomplete or inexact material requisitions are filled with the item needed. Recommend approved substitute items as applicable. Basic Qualifications: ? Trade school (e.g., Aviation Electronics Technician 'A' school) or ? AP Certification School or ? 4 years OJT in service with MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) or NEC (Navy Enlisted Classification) of some trade level as opposed to infantry. ?
