JOB SUMMARY:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the sprinkling system, landscaping, flower beds, litter control, snow removal and overall property appearance. Must successfully complete background screenings. Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Walk property daily and ensure grounds are picked up and present a professional appearance. * Repair and maintain sprinkling systems. * Maintain lawns, hedges, plant areas and prepare flower beds. * Spring and fall grounds clean-up. * Light maintenance as necessary. * First response on snow removal. * Maintain grounds equipment and machinery in good working order.
