JOB SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Program Processor will be responsible for updating ANIs maintenance program. Need to be able to audit current Maintenance Program; update current Flow Diagrams; assign equipment numbers to new equipment. Enter and assign new work orders from area Managers and supervisors. Must be motivated and a self starter. Tasks will be: - Add new or remove old equipment on program as needed - Add new work orders to Maintenance program - Audit Work Orders to check on the progress of the work order and make sure they are being completed. - Update current program and audit/edit current information in maintenance program. - Work with Equipment Operators, and Managers to establish a complete list of replacement parts for equipment. - List the appropriate rebuild parts and numbers. - Install a parts diagram for equipment. - Work with Supervisors and Managers to simplify current program and drawings. - Add LOTO to designated pieces of equipment. Skills and Requirements: - Must Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, Occupational Safety and other company protocols and procedures. - Must be able to understand and follow work instructions in English. - Proficient in Visio, Visual Basic in order to complete tasks on the Maintenance Program. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel. - Able to work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday. - Able to walk in excess of 1 mile a day and travel up and down several sets of stairs.
