JOB SUMMARY:
This position provides training and Management Engineering support throughout the Urban North Region and is based at McKay-Dee Hospital Center. The position will be responsible for building an education based program to teach and simulate Lean Principles in a classroom-based environment with specific responsibilities including: development of training material, facilitating the training, presenting and creating content for use in PowerPoint presentations. Management Engineering support generally consists of industrial engineering activities including: identifying resource utilization improvements, providing project management support, facilitating improvement activities, providing analysis for decision-making, providing management consultation, and maintaining existing information systems supporting organizational productivity. This position reports to the Manager of Lean Management. Minimum Requirements Bachelorapos;s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or Related Field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and prior training in Microsoft Access. Experience and training with statistical analysis.
