JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the Public Housing Manager, the On-Site Resident Manager will be responsible in the following areas: 1) Maintain scheduled on-site office hours, 2) Responsible for excellent curb appeal, 3) Responsible for snow removal and yard care, 4) Establishing and promoting a community environment, 5) Interpreting and enforcing tenant lease agreements and policies, 6) Assisting Public Housing Manager with administrative responsibilities. The above list is not an all inclusive list of responsibilities. On-Site manage is expected to live on site and will assist in managing an elderly community of 76 affordable 1 bedroom units. Applicant must income qualify to live at this property. Position will remain open until filled. EOE
