MarketStar currently has a great opportunity for a Part Time Wireless Retail Sales Representative who will focus exclusively on driving wireless sales at a designated retail location on the weekends. Hourly rate is $11/hr plus generous commission. DETAIL OF RESPONSIBILITIES - Accountable for driving and closing sales while demonstrating sales leadership by achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals - Proactively engage customers, demonstrate client's wireless services and products - Promote retailer in a positive manner and provide exceptional customer service - Maintain strong knowledge of current wireless technologies as well as new products and services available - Thrive in dynamic environment by training and transferring wireless knowledge and sales skills to electronics department personnel - Responsible for daily reporting of sales activities and metrics - Meet professional conduct, dress and punctuality standards CANDIDATE PROFILE Education/Certification - High school diploma or GED required. Some college education preferred Experience Required - Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales environment. Preference will be given to candidates with wireless industry experience. Knowledge/Skills - Proven history of closing sales, meeting/exceeding sales goals and delivering ultimate customer service - Ability to work a flexible and varying schedule including days, evenings and weekends - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
