A leading provider of high quality in-store bakery products is now hiring at our Ogden facility in our cookie division. We have the following positions: LABEL OPERATOR- $11.40 per hour plus shift differential where applicable DOUGH MIXER - $11.40 per hour plus shift differential where applicable FROSTING MACHINE OPERATOR - $11.40 per hour plus shift differential where applicable EXTRUDER ASSISTANT OPERATOR $10.40 per hour plus shift differential where applicable These positions are responsible for for food safety, food defense and food quality. WHEN RESPONDING TO THIS POSTING, PLEASE INDICATE POSITION AND SHIFT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN. DUTIES: LABEL OPERATOR: managing label application, apapearance of packaged product and production records. Other duties as assigned. DOUGH MIXER: is responsible for mixing dough according to specifications. It is critical taht the dough be mixed properly to maintain good quality and that the dough be mixed in a timely fashion so that the line does not experience down time as a result of ingredients and formulation, is critical in preparing dough for production. Other duties as assigned. FROSTING MACHINE OPERATOR: is responsible for assembling and disassembling frosting machine, operating the computerized screen and following production specifications. Other duties as assigned. EXTRUDER ASSISTANT OPERATOR is responsible for assisting the Extruder Operator with the overall operation, cleanliness and performance of the Extruder Machine. The Assistant Operator will be responsible for quality of the product produced on this machine during their shift. Other duties as assigned PRE-SCALE, technical support - The pre-scaler in technical support is responsible for ensuring that pre-mixed ingredients are properly accounted for, compiled, sorted and noted. He/she will communicate with leads and warehouse scanners, working as a team with other pre-scalers and kitters, keeping the area clean, keeping up with production needs and proper hand-off to next shift. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED, must be able to read, write and speak English, possess basic math and computer skills, must be detail -oriented to maintain neat and accurate records, be able to stand for entire shift, able to stretch, bend and load label machines, must be able to lift tools and frosting on a regular basis, up to 50 lbs, must be familar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety policies.
