JOB SUMMARY:
Individual will be working for a Quality Control company inside Autoliv Ogden. Some experience in quality field is prefered, but not required. Job will include, but not be limited to, the following: Managment of 2 shifts of employees (40-50 people) with assistance from a supervisor on each shift Employee HR issues Quality Issues Customer Interaction Extreme attention to detail and organization Knowledge of lean manufacturing Hours are 9am-5pm M-F with overtime required on some occasions Background requirements: No Felonies EVER No more than 2 misdemeanors in the last 10 years Must pass a drug test Must have high school diploma or equivalent Must have never been fired or quit on bad terms from Autoliv Americas Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
