JOB SUMMARY:
Quality Specialist Established, respected and growing nutraceutical manufacturer in Ogden, Utah seeks Quality Specialist. Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or other related science discipline and have 3+ year(s) Quality experience in the field of Dietary Supplement, Pharmaceutical, or Food manufacturing or packaging. The successful applicant has: A strong understanding of Quality Systems Excellent organization, communication, critical analysis, decision making and observational skills Thorough knowledge of GMP and US FDA regulations for Dietary Supplements Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated aptitude with enterprise resource planning software, Excel, Word, and e-mail programs Duties and Responsibilities include: Ensuring Facility maintains compliance with GMP, all applicable FDA and USDA regulations and all certification requirements Managing all aspects of change control and the Quality interface between multiple facilities Maintaining accurate and complete Quality records in hard copy and electronically within ERP system Performing quality control sampling, in-process quality assurance inspection and document review Documenting performing GMP training sessions for all team members, including team member training and qualification records A complete job description will be provided to those invited to interview.
