JOB SUMMARY:
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Monitor residential cliens and building to ensure safety and security. Provide structure and support for mental health consumers. Enforce approved residential rules. Clearly document any concerns. Notify emergency crisis on-call worker and then supervisor should circumstances necessitate immediate attention and/or intervention. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate/equivalent; 21 years or older. Required to complete mandatory trainings offered through the Agency (CPR, 1st Aid, MANDT, and defensive driving). Valid Utah driver license with a good driving record. Experience working with the mentally ill a plus.
