JOB SUMMARY:
Our business provides 24-hr supervision to teenage male youth with mental health issues, behavioral difficulties, and learning disorders in a residential setting. Employee will be expected to provide supervision of multiple teenage students with learning and behavioral disorders. Must be able to follow the structure and expectations of the program. Communicate effectively in both oral written form. Demonstrate maturity, dependability, and a willingness to be a team player. Able to interact positively with the youth, document progress, interaction, and concerns in an accurate timely manner. MUST be at least 21. MUST be able to pass an extensive background check!! 1 year of experience working with youth or persons with disabilities and/or some type of higher education required. MUST provide your social security card and a valid driver's license or state issued identification card upon applying! (You may provide a copy of these items or we can copy them for you.) All information provided will be kept confidential. Shifts will be morning shifts and weekends. Part-time.
