Your primary focus will be to support the Americas channel in driving license revenue and providing service to their customer base. Your efforts will have a direct impact on channel and customer satisfaction, contributing to AdobeA??s overall success in the marketplace. The successful candidate must be confident, energetic and proficient in partner/customer listening techniques as well as being highly organized. This is a fast-paced environment that will draw on your strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and perform under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a background in sales or customer service are required. Additionally, you will have opportunities to lead special projects and apply your ideas for process improvements. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for AdobeA??s Americas Channel team of resellers for process questions, quote-related activities, License History Report requests. * Develop and maintain relationships with internal Adobe Channel Account Managers (CAMs) and their named channel accounts; provide pro-active account support. * Deliver responses to queries from resellers submitted via phone, chat and email inclusive of (but not limited to) pre-sales policy questions, LWS queries, Certification requests and SKU/price list matters. * Work with your co-team members to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) amp; service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that a proactive approach is taken in preparing for peak volume activities around launch periods, promotions and other events. * Ensure full and accurate entry of data into the systems used by the team such as SFA and others to capture performance metrics and identify trending. * Align/develop rapport with other Adobe internal teams such as AVL info, Order Management, Customer Service and Sales Ops. * Actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the teamA??s knowledge repository. * Mentor and share best practices with junior team members. Requirements * 1-3 years of sales or customer service background. * BachelorA??s degree preferred. * Bi-Lingual (Portuguese) language skills. * Excellent verbal and written language skills. * Possess a flair for reading, understanding and acting on data . * Proven problem solving abilities . * Capable of prioritizing workload. * Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment . * Attention to detail. * Display strong sense of ownership amp; accountability, pride in what you deliver/produce.
