JOB SUMMARY:
Assembles new or fabricated parts at floor stations. May work at different workstations as production needs require, or shifts from one station to another, during the manufacturing process. Responsible for basic processes of manufacturing. Duties: Works in clean room doing the following: 1.Responsible for manufacturing processes such as: aluminizing, developing, patterning, inspecting, etching, cleaning, soldering, and calibrating. 2.Tracking parts and processes during production queue and ensuring quality of final product. Identifies units that fail quality tests or tolerance levels and makes changes to parts or equipment as necesarry. 3.Measures performance of parts and equipment. Cleans and inspects finished parts. 4.Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. 5.Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision. 6.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Qualifications: ?Minimum 1 year production or manufacturing experience; Associates degree in high-tech field a plus ?Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hour shift; required demonstrated ability to lift 35-50 lbs. ?Strong hand-eye coordination and good mechanical skills ?Must be able to wear proper PPE as required for position and/or must be comfortable wearing a full bunnysuit for cleanroom environment, based on position ?Must be able to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen ?Requires demonstrated excellent attendance track record in previous employment/education experience For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
