JOB SUMMARY:
Essential Functions: ? 3-5 years of CNC experience ? Programming, set up and operation of CNC lathe equipment, Swiss style lathe a plus ? Thorough operational knowledge and skills of the specific equipment; CNC (internal components), high pressure coolant system and mist suppression systems. ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints, understand documents such as; operation and maintenance instructions as well as product and procedure manuals Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ? Qualified candidates must have a machining background, excellent mechanical aptitude and be proficient with calipers and micrometers. ? Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time ? Eye for detail and able to catch flaws in product ? Meet quality standards on product ? Meet strict deadlines ? Ability to work in a team as well as on your own ? Detail oriented ? Must be able to lift up to 25lbs ? Ability to add and calculate numbers
