JOB SUMMARY:
CSR's take incoming calls from Xactware customers and process the call prior to a support technician working with the customer. CSR's determine if caller should be routed to technical support, sales, billing or other department. CSR's provide simple solutions to customer issues. Essential functions: 1. Provides "world-class" customer service. 2. Provides technical support options to customers. 3. Processes credit cards for chargeable customers. 4. Creates eService Center accounts. 5. Redirects lost or misdirected customers. 6. Manages customer feedback provided through Allegiance tool. 7. Resolves basic support issues. 8.Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. 9. Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned. 10. Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. 1. Six months customer service experience, preferably in a high-tech setting. 2. Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent customer skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to listen effectively. 6. Ability to type 40 wpm.
