Overview: This position will be dedicated to building and improving the quality of our data assets. Primary responsibilities include the measuring and tracking of quality metrics, researching and resolving issues, participating in ad-hoc projects, and reporting. Responsibilities/Key Tasks: * Stewardship over set of local search categories, becoming an expert in both the data and marketplace * Research data quality metrics; measure, report and analyze strengths and weaknesses * Find and resolve data issues, using knowledge gained to inject intelligence into systems and processes * Create business rules * Manage brands and business franchises within the data * Provide feedback and insight into data processes, constantly looking for new ways to improve it * Provide feedback to clients on the state of quality Qualifications/Education Requirement: * Self-motivated and willing to take ownership * Capable of working independently on multiple projects to meet strict deadlines * Creative problem solving and research skills with an ability to recognize patterns in data * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Excel, Regular Expressions, databases, SQL and analytical reporting preferred but not required Education * College degree, preferably in business, economics, math or related analytical field DIVERSITY Diversity, inclusion and teamwork are second nature to Neustar; and these values permeate our entire business structure.
